January and Release

A Season of Release

January comes quietly

Not demanding change,but inviting release. This month is not about pushing forward or proving anything new, it is about loosening our grip, breathing deeply and allowing God to carry what we no longer need to hold.

Release is not loss

Release is trust.

As we being this year , we choose to open our hands ,Soften our shoulders and step forward lighter than we arrived.

Our January focus

Be whole

Be intentional

Be you.

Wholeness comes when we stop carrying what was never ours. Intention forms when we choose presence over pressure, authenticity grows when we allow ourselves to rest in truth.

January is not about fixing it is about freeing.

Scripture to rest in

“Come to me, all who are weary and burdened and I will give you rest.” Matthew 11:28

This is an invitation not a requirement.Rest begins when you release.

In closing here is a blessing

May this month be lighter.

May this month be deeper.

May your hands be open.

You do not have to carry everything into this year.

Some things are meant to be released
