It’s a busy month for most! Little ones back in school with parties and events, cramming in all of your last minute doctor appointments for the year, and for some the busy holiday planning!

October has some fun events on the calendar that you might not know about such as , international coffee day, world farm animals day and world vegetarian day!

While also noting the staples, breast cancer awareness month, Yom Kippur ,Columbus Day and Halloween!

Here is a great place for you to pick up all the herbs and spices you would need to complete your October teas! My friend Penny is super knowledgeable and helpful!

Need a fun and rewarding craft for October?

You can buy small sugar pumpkins and each day you write something you are grateful for,at the end of the month you can bake them and make them into just about anything or donate them to the person who you thought about them when you wrote on the pumpkin!

A monthly health reminder:

October is breast cancer awareness month! So here is my gentle reminder to you to schedule your mammogram or thermography is also an amazing option if available to you ( I have an amazing in with a thermographer if anyone needs more info)

This is also an amazing time to STOP and think when was the last time I actually did something for myself??? It can be as small as a treat coffee or maybe big as a whole spa day!

We wish you a October of growth and health!
